Screen

The intake facility (screen) is a system that supplies cooling water to major equipment in power plants, petrochemical plants, desalination, and industrial facilities. It removes impurities or debris from the incoming cooling water. The intake facility system consists of the Screen System, Screen Wash Water System, Screen Waste Water System, and Auxiliary Supporting System. The Screen System is divided into Primary Screen and Secondary Screen, which sequentially remove large and small debris, respectively.
